Amalgamated Travel Network is a Scandinavian travel and event company based in Denmark. We bring together local expertise, trusted suppliers and an extensive international network to create travel experiences, events and tailor-made solutions for both travel industry partners and private travellers.

Our Scandinavian roots are at the heart of our business, while our experience, partnerships and network extend across Europe and worldwide.

Travel designed around your needs

No two clients – and no two journeys – are the same. We develop and operate travel across the Nordic region and internationally, from city stays, cultural journeys and special-interest tours to nature experiences, wellness, self-drive itineraries and complex multi-destination programmes. Our services can include individual elements such as accommodation, transportation, guides and activities, or complete tailor-made packages with carefully planned itineraries.

For our international travel industry partners, we provide destination knowledge, product development and operational support, with particular expertise in incoming travel throughout Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.

Meetings, incentives & Events

Travel is only one part of what we do. We also plan and manage meetings, incentives, conferences and events for corporate clients and organisations. From the initial concept and destination selection to hotels, venues, transportation, activities, logistics and on-site management, we can take responsibility for individual elements or coordinate the complete project from concept to execution.

Our international B2B travel and event network. We work with travel companies, organisations and corporate clients, developing and operating incoming programmes, groups, tailor-made travel, meetings, conferences and events.

Amalgamated Travel Service ApS
Our technical tour operator for travel sold directly to private customers. Amalgamated Travel Service is a member of the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund, providing our guests with the protection applicable to package travel under Danish legislation.

Gotlandsrejser
Our specialised travel concept dedicated to the Swedish island of Gotland. Built on local knowledge and close relationships with hotels, transport providers and experience suppliers, Gotlandsrejser offers carefully designed holidays and experiences for private travellers and groups.

Safarikompaniet
Amalgamated Travel Network is a co-owner of Safarikompaniet, a specialist tour operator dedicated to safari and experiential travel. Through extensive destination knowledge and trusted local partners, Safarikompaniet creates carefully selected journeys with a strong focus on wildlife, nature, local encounters and authentic experiences.
