LONDON
The experience – from meeting room to secret mission
An international leadership gathering brought 135 guests to The Royal Horseguards Hotel in central London. The programme combined plenary sessions and breakout meetings with opportunities for colleagues to connect through a shared James Bond adventure.
For the team-building challenge, participants headed into the city to locate Bond-related objects, document their discoveries and submit the evidence. Teamwork and a sense of curiosity shaped the afternoon as colleagues explored London together.
The theme continued with a casino evening at the hotel, where guests received personalised play money featuring the company’s logo. The teams’ submissions were displayed on a large screen, bringing the day’s missions into the evening and giving colleagues a chance to compare their discoveries and share a few laughs.
Riviera moments – a reward journey around Nice

EZE VILLAGE
The experience – wine estates, coastal views & shared celebrations
A reward trip to the French Riviera brought colleagues together for four days of local discoveries, good food and time to unwind. Staying at Les Terrasses in Èze, the group enjoyed a peaceful base overlooking the Mediterranean, within reach of Nice and Monaco.
At Château de Crémat, team-building activities were followed by a guided visit to the estate and its cellars, wine tasting and lunch. The evening brought a change of scene with a guided tour of Monaco and dinner in Monte Carlo.
The following day, the group explored the medieval streets of Èze with a local guide before walking along the Nietzsche Path and gathering for lunch in the village. Time at leisure balanced the activities, and the trip concluded with a reception, dinner and a festive farewell evening at La Pinède.
